Job summary

StretchLab is seeking passionate Flexologists to join our Richmond studio. You will deliver one-on-one assisted stretches and lead small group classes, helping clients improve mobility and flexibility.

Ideal candidates have fitness certification, enjoy a boutique fitness environment, and are excited to train through our Flexologist Program. This part-time, in-person role offers flexible hours, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and mobility.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to create a welcoming environment for all clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group classes for up to 6 clients.
• Motivate clients and maintain high-energy coaching.
• Build membership and retain clients through outreach and sales.
• Maintain client notes and schedule recurring appointments.
• Ensure safety and enforce studio policies.
• Attend meetings and present educational content.
• Assist with sales and studio tours as needed.
• Maintain social media presence to support membership.
