Job summary

StretchLab is seeking Flexologists to provide one-on-one assisted stretches, assist in program design, and perform MAPS assessments. You will assign members homework in our X+ platform and help grow membership.

The role starts part-time and may become full-time as client base grows. Training provided with both online and hands-on sessions, fostering a strong, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current nationally accredited certification in personal training or a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science.
• License in Massage Therapy or Chiropractic.
• Experience in fitness/health environments with hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions in studio; occasional pop-up events.
• Encourage and motivate clients during stretch sessions.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clients via sales/outreach.
• Manage client care; update notes and book weekly appointments.
• Ensure client safety; enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules.
