Job summary

StretchLab - Virginia Beach is seeking passionate Stretch Practitioners (Flexologists) for a part-time, hands-on role helping clients improve mobility, recovery, and overall wellness with personalized sessions. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates have a fitness/movement background and relevant certifications, plus comfort with hands-on client interaction. Evening/weekend availability is preferred for scheduling.

Qualifications

• Background in fitness, wellness, or movement disciplines.
• Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine.
• National certification in fitness (NASM/ACE/NSCA/ACSM/ISSA).
• Current license/certification (PT/PTA, Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Yoga/Pilates/Barre).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client.
• Create a safe, professional, and engaging experience.
• Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and consistency.
• Build relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Maintain client notes and manage recurring sessions.
• Participate in light sales conversations (no prior sales experience required).
• Support studio operations and cleanliness.
