Job summary
StretchLab - Virginia Beach is seeking passionate Stretch Practitioners (Flexologists) for a part-time, hands-on role delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients to improve mobility and overall wellness.
No prior assisted stretching experience is required—paid training is provided. Ideal candidates have a fitness or movement background, strong communication, reliability, coachability, and availability for evenings or weekends.
Qualifications
- Background in fitness, wellness, or movement-based disciplines.
- One of: degree, or national certification, or current license/certification.
- Applicants with strong movement backgrounds encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client.
- Create a safe, professional, and engaging experience.
- Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and consistency.
- Build relationships that drive retention and referrals.
- Maintain client notes and manage recurring sessions.
- Participate in light sales conversations.
- Support studio operations and cleanliness.
