Job summary

ProAmpac in Hartford, WI is seeking a Press Specialist to safely operate a flexographic printing press, set up job jackets, verify raw materials, calibrate gauges, and run a clean, climate-controlled line through the shift.

You will monitor color and registration, retain print samples for quality records, label WIP and finished rolls, and communicate non-conformities to supervisors. The role includes 12-hour shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience running similar flexographic equipment preferred.
• Comfort with physical demands and a strong attendance record.

Flexographic Printing Press SpecialistPicture your Monday evening in Hartford, WI: you arrive to a clean, climate-controlled plant, review your job jacket, and bring a multi-station flexographic press to life. You verify raw materials have been approved, calibrate bench-top gauges, and set the machine for a smooth run. Throughout the night you monitor color and registration, retain print samples, and label work-in-process and finished rolls—always ready to flag any non-conformance to your Lead or Quality team.
