Job summary

CMC Group in Bowling Green, Ohio, is seeking a motivated person for our Production Team to print flexographic inks and topcoats on various substrates for labels and packaging.

You will set up flexo equipment, mount plates, adjust inks, and troubleshoot to meet job specs while maintaining safety and quality. A high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years printing press experience are required. This is a hands-on, team-focused role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years printing press experience.
• Ability to read and understand production orders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexo equipment according to job specifications.
• Mount printing plates and adjust inks, tensions, registration and speed.
• Troubleshoot press and print issues and report issues to management.
• Record production consumption and time in ERP system accurately.
• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning per SQF/GMP requirements.
