Job summary

You will load substrates, adjust ink flow and press parameters, inspect production, document results, support waste reduction and continuous improvement, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience operating flexographic printing presses.
• Strong quality control and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of printing and pre-press processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up presses according to work orders and production requirements.
• Review job tickets and customer requirements for color and substrates.
• Load materials, install plates, and configure press components.
• Adjust speed, temperature, registration, and ink flow for consistency.
• Inspect prints for clarity, color, and registration throughout runs.
• Document production and downtime, and assist with inventory as needed.
