Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is hiring a Flexographic Printer Operator in Franklin, WI. The 1st shift runs 5am–5pm with pay around $20/hr based on experience. You will set up and operate flexographic presses, read job jackets, monitor operations, and ensure quality and safety throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, maintaining 5S housekeeping, and learning the inventory system to support production flow. GMP and PPE standards must be followed to prevent incidents.

• Set up and operate flexographic presses safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret job jackets to determine work, quantities, and materials
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed for proper function
• Remove printed material or finished products and wrap/pack as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise
• Learn and use the inventory system
• Maintain high quality standards in all output
• Adhere to PPE, GMP and safety policies throughout shift

• Read and interpret job jackets to determine the type of work to be done and quantities/materials needed
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure proper operation
• Remove printed material or finished products from machines and stack, wrap, or pack product
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Troubleshoot technical problems with equipment when needed
• Learn inventory system
• Maintain excellent quality standards
• Maintain daily housekeeping using 5S standards
• Safety focus for work free of safety incidents
• Follows all PPE Standards
• Follows all GMP Standards
