Job summary

Giro Pack, Inc. in Vidalia, GA is seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to support production. You will safely operate Comexi Central Cylinder (CI) presses to meet daily quality and production goals.

Minimum requirements include 3 years of flexographic press experience and direct CI press experience, with the ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime. Must lift up to 50 lbs and read blueprints, ensuring precise ink viscosity and color matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a flexographic press operator.
• Direct experience operating Comexi CI presses, preferably the CI line.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm) or 3rd shift (10:00 pm - 6:00 am) with regular overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Must read blueprints/work orders and use measuring tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate Comexi central cylinder (CI) flexographic presses.
• Mount plates, prepare inks, and adjust web tension.
• Continuously monitor print quality and correct defects during runs.
• Perform fast and safe job changeovers and basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with quality protocols.
