Job summary

Thomco is seeking a full-time Flexographic Press Operator to work onsite at our headquarters in Suwanee, GA. This role involves operating flexographic label presses and maintaining ISO-quality standards in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of flexographic printing experience, mechanical aptitude, and strong math and communication skills. Training on our Nilpeter FB3300 press is available for the right person.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years flexographic printing experience.
• Experience with narrow web label is preferred.
• Experience on Nilpeter FB3300 press is preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate all Flexographic label presses (Nilpeter FB3300 and Webtron 750).
• Maintain high product quality and ISO quality standards compliance.
• Print prime labels with 4-color process plus spots and other durable labels.
• Print on labels and flexible materials with UV and water-based inks.
• Ensure safe operation of press equipment and collaborate with team.

Job Summary

Thomco is seeking a full-timeFlexographic Press Operator to work onsite at our corporate headquarters in Suwanee, GA. Key Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the operation of all Flexographic label presses. We operate two Nilpeter FB3300 and Webtron 750 presses.
• Accountable for a high level of product quality and conforming to ISO quality standards.
• Will print prime labels with 4-color process plus spots as well as a many other durable labels.
• Print labels and other flexible materials with UV and water-based inks.
• Print prime labels, durable labels, specialty materials and others.
• Ensure a safe work environment and operation of the press equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least three years of Flexographic printing experience
• Experience with narrow web label is preferred
• Experience on Nilpeter FB3300 press is preferred, however willing to train on our equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• Focused on Quality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
