Spectragraphics Inc. in Overland Park, KS is seeking an experienced Flexographic or Digital Label Press Operator to join our production team. You will operate flexographic and/or digital presses, monitor color and quality, and read job orders to meet tight deadlines.

This role requires hands-on press setup, routine maintenance, and collaboration with teammates to ensure efficient production and minimal waste while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating flexographic or digital printing presses.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of printing substrates, die cutting, laminating, varnishes, inks, plates, and anilox systems.
• Ability to identify and correct print defects.
• Experience with digital web printing technology is a plus.

Work Environment

This role operates in a manufacturing/production setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and ink materials. The position requires standing for extended periods and lifting materials as needed. Occasional overtime may be offered.
