Labelink USA is seeking an experienced Press Operator for our Appleton, WI facility on 2nd shift. The role involves operating flexographic presses, ensuring quality, and coordinating with the scheduler to meet production priorities. Training is provided on 1st shift, with overtime opportunities as needed.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with comprehensive benefits and advancement potential within a 4-day, 10-hour shift model.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of press operating experience.
• Strong knowledge of printing presses and related equipment.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and instructions.
• Solid understanding of production processes and quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Operate flexographic printing presses efficiently and safely.
• Review production schedules and coordinate with the Scheduler or Supervisor on job priorities.
• Ensure proper machine setup, tear-down, and line clearance for each run.
• Monitor press performance and product quality throughout the job.
• Troubleshoot press issues and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA and lockout/tagout protocols.
• Maintain accurate production reporting using scanners and computer systems.
• Work closely with team members on the line to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Assist with process improvements and meet customer quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
