Job summary

Moore Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa is seeking a Flexo Print Helper to assist Flexographic Press Operators with setup, operation, and maintenance of flexographic printing equipment. This role supports the Press Operator in producing materials that meet customer specs, quality standards, and production requirements.

The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to keep management informed of production, equipment, materials, and safety matters.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands job tickets and production instructions.
• Verifies inks, plates, and supplies match job specs.
• Performs ongoing quality checks on printed materials.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, start-up, operation, and shutdown of flexographic printing equipment.
• Stage all materials and supplies required for upcoming jobs.
• Verify correct materials, inks, plates, dies, and supplies are used per job specifications.
• Assist with mounting/removing flexographic printing plates and handling press components.
• Assist with ink preparation, changes, and maintaining ink levels during production.
• Monitor press operation and promptly report equipment or quality concerns to the Press Operator.
