Job summary

Moore Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa seeks a Flexo Print Helper to assist Press Operators with setup, operation, and maintenance of flexographic printing equipment. You will stage materials, verify correct inks, plates, and supplies, and help ensure the finished product meets customer specifications and quality standards.

You will learn flexographic printing processes, support cross-training on equipment, and communicate any production or safety concerns to the operator and supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Experience in printing, manufacturing, production, or machine operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job tickets, work orders, and production instructions.
• Assist with setup, start-up, operation, and shutdown of flexographic printing equipment.
• Stage materials and supplies for upcoming jobs (paper, stock, ink, plates, dies).
• Verify materials and supplies match job specifications.
• Assist with loading/unloading rolls and materials during printing.
• Assist with mounting/removing printing plates and cleaning press components.
• Assist with ink preparation and maintaining ink levels.
• Monitor press operation and communicate concerns promptly.
• Perform quality checks and identify defects.
• Ensure quality standards and prevent defective products from reaching customers.
• Complete production paperwork and quality documentation accurately.
• Assist with routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
