Job summary

NCCO International is seeking a Frontline Flexo Press Helper in Minnesota to support press setup, production runs, and maintenance activities. The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, quality awareness, and teamwork in a fast-paced printing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or printing is beneficial.
• Ability to identify quality issues during production.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up the press by gathering materials and preparing substrates, plates, inks, and dies.
• Mount printing plates and assist with anilox roller preparation.
• Load and align rolls on the press with proper web tension and tracking.
• Monitor press runs and report irregularities or defects to the Lead.
• Perform basic press adjustments under supervision and keep work areas organized.
