Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ year flexographic printing press experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurement tools (ruler, scales).
• Willingness to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reads job order and loads dies into press, installs print cylinder.
• Fills ink pans, screens and pumps with prescribed inks.
• Starts press and adjusts speed and alignment.
• Engages print cylinders and checks impression.
• Inspects for defects and makes necessary adjustments.
• Cleans plates, cylinders and dies; performs maintenance.
• Mixes inks to match colors and viscosity.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized.
