6AM City, LLC is seeking a 3rd Shift Flexographic Press Operator in Green Bay, WI. The role involves setting up and running flexographic presses to produce high-quality labels and packaging for major brands. Training begins on first shift with a transition to the 3rd shift.

Starting pay is $27+ per hour, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• 2+ years of printing experience (flexographic preferred; wide web or offset considered).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic presses (10-color 13” waterbase and/or 8-color 17” full UV).
• Ensure high-quality production while maintaining safety and minimizing waste.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as narrow-web and water-based flexo presses.
• Collaborate with team members to keep presses stocked and running efficiently.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, and ISO quality systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation efforts.

Training Requirement

• Initial training will take place on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift.
