Job summary

International Paper in Holly Springs, NC is hiring a Flexo Folder Gluer Helper for a full-time, first-shift role (6:30am–2:30pm, Mon–Fri). You will assist operators, set up feeding sections, run materials through machines, and ensure quality while maintaining safety protocols.

The position requires reliable attendance, ability to read work orders, basic math, and familiarity with tape measures. Prior folder gluer experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must follow all plant rules including wearing PPE.
• Basic reasoning, mathematical, reading, and maintenance skills.
• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.
• Able to use basic hand tools.
• Must be dependable and report to work on-time for start of shift when scheduled and overtime as needed.
• Experience with folder gluers preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read and understand work orders.
• Communicate to team members about non-conformities.
• Communicate to supervisors about health and safety issues.
