Job summary

Hartford HealthCare in Manchester, CT is seeking Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and Physician Assistants (PA) for 100% outpatient adult primary care. You’ll have your own patient panel, protected admin time, and strong support staff to focus on quality patient care.

The role offers a flexible weekday schedule, part-time with long weekends and potential for full-time, located in Manchester, CT with outpatient setting and no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible).
• APRN (Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical/educational plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team for follow-up evaluations and care coordination.
• Provide treatment within scope and refer outside as needed.
