Job summary

Randstad USA in Reedley, CA is seeking a reliable warehouse associate / production tender to join our flexible, short-term staffing platform. You will tend machines, sort and count materials, assist with general warehouse tasks, and perform basic quality checks.

Work hours are variable and there is weekly pay for successful mandates. No specific experience required; a strong work ethic and reliability are enough.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tending: safely load raw materials or components into simple production or assembly machines and remove finished parts.
• Sorting and counting: accurately sort materials, count stock, and prepare inventory for staging or shipment.
• General labor: assist with general warehouse labor tasks, including cleanup, organizing stock, and basic equipment movement (e.g., using hand carts).
• Quality checks: perform simple visual quality checks on products to ensure they meet basic standards.
• Follow direction: take direction effectively from on-site supervisors to complete tasks assigned for the duration of the mandate.
