Job summary

Randstad USA in North Haven, CT is seeking individuals for a warehouse associate / production tender role. This on-site position offers flexible, short-term mandates with weekly pay and a focus on reliability and safety. Evening and weekend options may be available to fit around other commitments.

Responsibilities include tending production lines, sorting and counting materials, basic warehouse labor, simple quality checks, and following supervisor directions for the duration of the mandate.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required.
• Must be able to follow supervisor directions.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Tending: load materials into simple production or assembly machines and remove finished parts.
• Sorting and counting: sort materials, count stock, prepare inventory for staging.
• General labor: assist with warehouse tasks, organize stock, move equipment.
• Quality checks: perform basic visual quality checks on products.
• Follow direction: work under on-site supervision for the duration of the assignment.
