Job summary

Randstad USA in North Haven, CT is seeking motivated order pickers to meet daily production quotas in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role offers stable, consistent hours with flexibility and opportunities to contribute to efficient distribution.

Responsibilities include selecting high volumes of product, stacking and wrapping orders onto pallets, logging inventory movements, operating PIT equipment safely, and communicating with floor supervisors to avoid stockouts and errors.

Qualifications

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Select and move high volumes of product based on daily quotas.
• Stack, wrap, or consolidate orders onto pallets ensuring stability.
• Log inventory movements and reconcile end-of-shift records.
• Operate hand trucks and pallet riders safely in warehouse lanes.
• Communicate stockouts or errors to floor supervisors promptly.
