Job summary

Ace Hardware is hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our local warehouse team in West Chester, PA. You will unload/load deliveries, prepare customer orders including lumber and related products, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Training is provided for forklift operation and equipment usage. Ideal candidates are dependable, have a customer service mindset, and are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• No formal education required. Motivated and dedicated individuals are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work on-site with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow through paid training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Customer service mindset and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load inbound deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and load customer orders including feed, fencing, grills, lumber and related products.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse and yard.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training available).
• Help manage inventory and organize incoming products.
• Customer service mindset and willingness to help wherever needed.
