Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking staff for Warehouse Operations with a flexible Thursday schedule (7:00 pm to 3:30 am or until task complete). You can choose shifts for up to 8–29 hours weekly, receive shift notifications, and set your own days off based on available shifts.

Responsibilities include accurate picking, packing, and preparing orders, with cross-training across warehouse areas. Training may be provided for equipment operation; safety and attendance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting quotas and attendance requirements.
• Experience with technologies like computers or POS systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English is required, including reading/writing to process documents.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Be willing to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required.
