Job summary

The McPherson Companies, Inc. in Rolling Hills, Alabama, is hiring a Warehouse Associate for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will perform warehouse functions including preparing shipments, unloading/loading trucks, operating equipment, and supporting Operations staff.

The role requires a flexible schedule, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following safety procedures. You will use the WMS to pull and stage orders and assist with daily duties on site.

Qualifications

• Previous filling/packaging warehouse experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read and speak English to converse with the public and to understand reports.

Responsibilities

• Unloading/loading trucks for orders.
• Operate a vehicle on site per policy and DOT.
• Use WMS to pull and stage orders for next day.
• Maintain a clean and safe facility and report hazards.
• Complete required paperwork at shift end.
• Communicate with Operations staff and Dispatchers.
