Job summary

The McPherson Companies is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st and 2nd shifts to handle shipping preparation, unloading/loading, and site operations in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts vary by schedule: 1st shift 7:00 am–3:30 pm (flexible day/night hours); 2nd shift 4:30 pm–12:00 am (flexible day/night hours). The role requires teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in filling/packaging warehouse tasks.
• Able to read and follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment and tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading/loading trucks and preparing shipments.
• Pull, stage, and load orders using WMS for next day’s shipments.
• Follow SOPs for loading/unloading and ensure accuracy of inventory.
• Operate equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
