Qualifications

• Certification as a veterinary technician is preferred.
• Associate degree in veterinary assisting is preferred.
• Excellent client communication and compassion for animals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor with medical procedures under supervision.
• Help create positive impressions and trust with clients and pets.
• Provide written and verbal communication about pet care and treatments.
• Deliver WOW customer service to clients and their pets.
• Manage medical records in practice management software and perform procedures.
• Set up, clean, and maintain medical equipment; assist with hospital areas.
