Job summary

First Service Bank in Maumelle, AR is seeking a Full-Time Universal Banker to provide friendly, knowledgeable service across branches. You’ll welcome customers, process deposits and transfers, and open new accounts while balancing cash.

You’ll educate customers on digital tools, build relationships, and adapt to changing branch needs. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with opening/closing duties and relocation willingness.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned First Service Bank locations to provide branch coverage based on staffing and business needs.
• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance and service requests.
• Educate customers about digital banking tools and other available banking services.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer while following cash-handling procedures.
• Assist with branch opening, closing, and daily operations as assigned.
