First Service Bank is seeking a Full-Time Universal Banker to join our team in Maumelle, AR. You will travel between bank locations to provide branch coverage, delivering exceptional service while handling standard banking transactions.

You will welcome customers, open accounts, educate clients on digital tools, and build lasting relationships. The role requires flexibility, cash handling accuracy, and strong organizational skills to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned First Service Bank locations to provide branch coverage based on staffing and business needs.
• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance and service requests.
• Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to connect them with products and services that meet their financial needs.
• Educate customers about digital banking tools and other available banking services.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer while following established cash-handling procedures.
• Assist with branch opening, closing, and daily operational responsibilities as assigned.
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow Bank policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable banking regulations.
• Build strong working relationships with associates across multiple locations and adapt quickly to different branch needs.
• Provide dependable coverage and contribute to a positive customer and associate experience wherever assigned.
