Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background check as required by law
• Drug screen as required by law
• Must be 18+ (21+ if state requires armed)
• Ability to operate radio or console monitors and communicate with the public
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and professionally with clients and public
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Active listening and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to adapt to different post assignments and schedules
• Teamwork and reliability are essential

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions and safety hazards
• Respond to emergencies and notify appropriate authorities
• Control access to property and monitor entrances/exits
• Document incidents and maintain written logs
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner
• Provide clear, accurate information and directions as needed
• Collaborate with team to ensure client site safety and security
