Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by contract and law.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 where state rules require armed positions).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or summon police/fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of rules and policies.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe and protect company property from theft within client requirements.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
