Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Flex Unarmed Officer for Bastrop. You will view and claim open shifts via our shift-pickup platform, enabling a flexible schedule while gaining site experience across Healthcare, Education, Finance and more.

Expected to respond to incidents, patrol sites, and assist visitors with professionalism. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience, with possible background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Valid driver's license if operating company or client vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits and verify authorized access.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
• Assist customers, employees and visitors professionally.
• Prepare emergency notifications as needed.
• Maintain logs and comply with post orders.
