As a Security Officer Flex Unarmed Patrol in San Jose, CA, you will work 30–40 hours per week with a self-scheduling program and irregular shifts to support client needs, providing a path to a long-term career

Qualifications

• Be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be available for last-minute shift scheduling.
• Be able to travel required distances.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
