Job summary

Remington Park is seeking a maintenance worker to assist with track upkeep and grounds care. You may operate tractors and heavy equipment while keeping all tools clean and in good condition. You will work around horses and perform duties assigned by your supervisor to maintain a safe, well-kept racing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical school or apprenticeship may be required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and knowledge of main track conditions is desirable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; able to follow complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all duties of track maintenance.
• Keep tools and equipment clean and properly maintained.
• Drive tractors and other heavy equipment as needed.
• Work in close proximity to horses.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
