Job summary

Northfield Park Racino seeks a Backstretch Facilities Tech to inspect, repair, and maintain horse barns and related structures. Responsibilities include reporting hazards, operating equipment, and upholding safety standards on site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Inspect horse barns for damage, wear, and safety hazards and report findings.
Perform repairs and maintenance on barn structures, stalls, doors, and flooring.
Operate power washers, leaf blowers, and lawn equipment to maintain exterior surfaces.
Maintain water systems and lighting components as needed.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities (daily logs).
Provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades to enhance barn functionality.
