Steve & Kate's Camps in Rochester, MN seeks energetic staff to supervise and guide campers, foster creativity, and keep children safe during a lively day camp season.

You will facilitate activities, monitor wellness, maintain organized spaces, and assist with move-in/move-out weekends. Pre-season online training is required, with hours building toward camp start. Hourly pay ranges from $15.50 to $18.00.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp-age children; 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp.

• Chaperoning campers on off-site Field Trips may be required.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervising campers and ensuring safety.
• Facilitate activities and help create engaging spaces.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming activity space for campers.
• Report notable concerns or injuries to staff and management.
• Assist in camp set-up and breakdown during move-in/move-out weekends.
