Lunchtime Solutions is seeking a dependable Substitute Kitchen Helper to support our school food service program on an as-needed basis. You'll step in when regular team members are absent, helping keep meal service running smoothly by assisting with food preparation, serving students, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

This flexible role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working with different teams, and making a positive impact on students’ day.

Qualifications

• Flexibility and willingness to work on an as-needed basis at various school locations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to follow recipes, measure ingredients, and assist with food preparation.
• Dependability and a positive, customer-service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fill in at school kitchens when staff are out to ensure meal service continues.
• Assist with food preparation, serving students, and keeping stations stocked.
