Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking flexible, delivery/driver associates to work on a side-hustle basis. You will have control over your hours and earnings, with training provided to maximize efficiency in each store you service.

Compensations are production-based with a guaranteed hourly minimum where wage floors exist. As a Research Associate, you can choose when and how much you earn, provided you have reliable transportation to start making money.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Select and collect assignments within client windows to earn pay.
• Attend the provided training to maximize efficiency and earnings.
• Work independently with flexible hours and routes across assigned stores.
• Receive guaranteed hourly minimum in certain wage floor areas where applicable.
• Get paid for drive time and mileage reimbursement where offered.
