Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring for flexible delivery/driver roles offering the freedom to choose when and how much you earn. You’ll receive detailed training to maximize efficiency in each store you service and you can control earnings by how quickly you complete tasks.

As a part-time team member, you’ll benefit from identity theft protection, 401k with match, paid drive time, and mileage reimbursement. Start date is flexible and earnings are based on productivity with a guaranteed minimum in wage-floor

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases.

Responsibilities

• Collect items and complete assignments as scheduled for clients.
• Utilize provided training to achieve maximum efficiency in each assigned store.
• Work independently with flexible hours and routes to meet client windows.
