Job summary

Snapology is seeking a part-time Teacher Assistant to lead classes and promote creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving in STEM concepts for ages 2–14. Instructors work with Snapology leadership and communicate with parents professionally.

The role supports after-school, weekend workshops, summer camps and events, with compensation ranging from $20.00 to $27.00 per hour. Responsibilities include guiding groups, supervising materials, enforcing classroom rules, and coordinating with trainers

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with children in a classroom or camp environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Criminal and Child Clearances must be current.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of up to 24 students through curriculum-guided activities.
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules.
