Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience (retail/recruiting/hospitality preferred).
• HS diploma/GED.
• Strong attention to detail, comfort with online systems/scanners/webcams.
• Calm under pressure; strong written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work extended hours/weekends as needed.
• On-site attendance required.
