Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a dedicated Special Education ABA Instructor to support children with diverse needs in homes, clinics and community settings.

In this role you will follow individualized therapy plans, educate families, and document progress while collaborating with clinical supervisors and staff. The position offers a flexible schedule in a team-driven environment with competitive starting pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children and families.
• One of the NYS certifications/licenses listed below is required.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth–21 years in natural settings (homes, daycare homes, clinics, community).
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate carryover.
• Follow therapy plans, plan ongoing treatment, and document progress.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidential records (HIPAA compliant).
• Travel to and from assigned cases; demonstrate mobility and adaptability within settings.
