Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Staten Island, NY, is seeking a Special Education ABA Instructor to support children age birth–21 in homes, schools, and clinics. The role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to make a meaningful difference in families' lives.

You will collaborate with a team of therapists, follow individualized plans, document progress, and participate in training on our paperless billing and data collection system.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children and families.
• Certification requirements listed above.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services and evaluations to children birth–21 in natural settings.
• Educate families on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over.
• Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings.
• Follow the therapy plan established for a family/child, plan ongoing treatment and document progress.
• Prepare progress reports as indicated.
• Maintain child records and confidentiality per HIPAA and timelines.
