Job summary

PACT, LLC’s Physicians Alliance of Connecticut seeks a physician to provide primary care in skilled nursing facilities in the Guilford/West Haven area. This full-time, on-site position offers a 40-hour week and a salary range of $200,000 to $300,000 per year.

Under indirect supervision, you will perform exams, manage treatment plans, coordinate with nursing staff, and ensure patient rights and safety. Connecticut licensure and board certification are required, with DEA certification and strong

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor with 3–5 years of direct patient experience.
• Board certification and DEA license required.
• Experience in SNF or primary care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including exams, evaluations, diagnoses and treatment.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other care teams to implement care plans.
• Prescribe medications and refer to specialists as appropriate.
• Respect patient rights and privacy and respond to emergencies.
