Job summary

GOLDSTAR REHABILITATION INC. is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support families through the Elwyn Early Intervention program in Philadelphia, PA. This independent contractor role offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work with children and families.

You’ll collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and a multidisciplinary team, provide evaluations and therapy, and maintain compliant documentation while enjoying a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Pennsylvania SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Early Intervention experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services for children in Philadelphia's Preschool Early Intervention program.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers and multidisciplinary team members.
• Complete evaluations, treatment planning, progress updates, and documentation per Elwyn and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and consultations as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
