Job summary

West Coast Convenience seeks Team Members for Loop Neighborhood Market in California. We offer full-time and part-time roles across first, second, or third shifts, with a focus on friendly, high-quality service and a clean store environment.

Team Members will handle cash, stock shelves, assist customers, and support car wash operations while upholding our core values. Must be 18+ and able to work in varying conditions; training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required.
• Ability to read, understand and write in English.
• Perform basic math including calculating change.
• Validate identification for tobacco/alcohol as required by law.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varying temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, station).

Responsibilities

• Manage the cash register during the shift, ensuring balance and fast, accurate customer service.
• Stock shelves and keep the store clean and professional.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store environment and surrounding property.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports at end of shifts.
