Dave & Buster’s and Main Event is hiring team members to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will take orders, operate Micros, manage payments, and contribute to a fun, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner and take orders.
• Enter orders into Micros and handle payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience with fast, friendly service.
• Take guest orders, ensure accuracy and respond to questions about menu items.
• Enter orders into Micros in proper sequence and manage charges.
• Keep station clean, buss and reset tables as needed.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and assist team to promote the brand.
