Dave & Buster's is hiring to provide fast, friendly service in a high-energy environment. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure satisfaction. You should be able to work a flexible schedule, read and communicate in English, and be at least 18 years old. Prior restaurant or bar experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through fast, friendly service.
• Greet guests promptly and take accurate food and drink orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and preparation.
• Enter orders into the system quickly and accurately.
• Handle payments and manage cash and coins properly.
• Follow sanitation procedures and maintain a clean station.
• Assist in party setup/breakdown and ongoing guest satisfaction.
