Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. The role offers flexible 4–10 hour day shifts with guaranteed weekly pay and a focus on in-home elder care.

We provide Overtime/holiday pay, paid sick leave, mileage reimbursement, free uniform, and access to Right at Home University for training. Applicants must have at least 3 months caregiving experience and an active HCA license with PER ID in California.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California.
• Genuine compassion for older adults.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid HCA License and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team.
