Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a reliable loader/unloader for our Fontana, CA warehouse. You will perform high-volume loading and unloading, operate pallet jacks, and help maintain organized dock traffic while ensuring accurate handling of shipments.

You will join a safety-conscious team, wearing proper attire and PPE as required, and collaborate with multiple crews across shifts to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume loading and unloading.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and follow safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume loading and unloading of boxes, containers, or goods with speed and accuracy.
• Use manual handling tools and pallet jacks to move and stage goods and maintain dock flow.
• Verify shipment integrity, note discrepancies, ensure compliance for safe transport and storage.
• Follow warehouse safety protocols and proper lifting techniques.
• Adapt to working with different teams and inventory systems across shifts.
